Ashanti Insists She's Not Nelly's Girl

R&B star Ashanti has denied Nelly's claims the two are dating by insisting
the pair are just friends.
The "Only You" singer has long been romantically linked to Nelly, but she
refuses to confirm the rumors - even though the "Hot in Herre" star has
confessed, "She's single, I'm single. Have we dated? Yes. We enjoy each
other's company and we're cool."
Answering the rapper's claims on MTV's Total Request Live on Tuesday,
Ashanti said, "I think that's absolutely right. We went out, maybe to get
something to eat."
"We're friends... He's not my man; I'm not his girl. We're cool."
