Claims R.Kelly was disrespectful

Jay-Z spoke live on radio to New York City audiences yesterday giving the low down on R. Kelly 's screwups since the start of the Best of Both World tour and the debacle on Friday night that left NYC fans stunned.

"We had to cancel Milwaukee, then we had to cancel Connecticut, we cancelled St. Louis and then we cancelled Cincinnati," said Jay-Z, running down all the tour stops that were lost after tourmate R. Kelly decided he needed a new lighting guy . "This is just disrespectful man."

Citing the Chicago dates where Kelly kept him waiting for two hours in his white stage suit as the beginning of a "terrible" tour experience, Jay-Z lamented to Hot97's Angie Martinez last night about the tour woes and the latest show in New York City's Madison Square Garden.

"I'm just sitting there and he's on the bus hiding," said Jay of the Chicago kick-off show. "This is not fair to me."

R. Kelly, who was rumored to have been hospitalized in New York City last night, performed a few songs before disappearing for the rest of the show. Jay-Z, not wanting to disappoint his hometown crowd, took over the rest of the show with guest performers including Mary J. Blige .

"I had five outfits under the bed crispy waiting for New York City... and this is what I get," said Jay-Z.

Jay vowed on air there would be no more Best of Both Worlds albums, except a possible future collaboration with Mary J. Blige.

"It's to much... certain things are not meant to be. It looks wonderful on paper... but it can't happen."

There is no official word as yet on the status of the rest of the tour dates.
