Saregama India Limited, a music/film company based in Calcutta, India, has
hired U.S. attorney Dedra Davis to look into its copyright-infringement claim regarding Truth Hurts' "Addictive."
The company alleges that its rightfully owned Hindi
song "Thoda Resham Lagta Hai" was sampled on Truth's current hit by producers DJ Quik and Dr. Dre without its permission. No legal action has been filed yet.
